Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Wicked Wonders Tours, located at 30310 Saint John Dr,
Lacombe, LA 70445, guests agree to adhere to the following terms and
conditions. It is essential that all guests read, understand, and accept these
terms as they form a binding contract between Wicked Wonders Tours and the
guest once a booking is made.
Vehicle Arrangements
Specific vehicles are not guaranteed for any tour unless prior arrangements
have been made with management in written form. This includes, but is not
limited to, emails, signed contracts, or written agreements.
Dash Cam Notice
Each vehicle is equipped with a dash cam for safety purposes. While its primary
function is to record footage in the event of an accident, please be aware that
most dash cams also record audio. Wicked Wonders Tours is committed to ensuring
the privacy of our guests; thus, we will never use, sell, or distribute any
audio recordings. All recordings will be recorded over, except in cases of
conduct violation or physical damage committed by a guest. Wicked Wonders Tours
reserves the right to use this audio, if necessary, in prosecution or defense
litigation should the need arise.
Refunds
Guests entitled to refunds must allow a processing time of 5-7 business days
before contacting management with inquiries regarding refund status. This
window is necessary to complete all financial transactions and ensure accurate
refund delivery.
Conduct on Tours
Guests are expected to always behave in a respectful and appropriate manner
during the tour. Should a guest become belligerent, disrespectful,
argumentative, intoxicated, engage in hate speech, or otherwise disrupt the
tour, the guide has the right to terminate the tour immediately and return the
guest to the starting point without a refund. In instances of physical or
abusive behavior, the guide will contact appropriate law enforcement
authorities and the guest will be left in their custody. The guest will then be
responsible for securing their transportation back to the starting point.
Safety and Park Rules
Guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide and adhere
to all safety rules. And recommendations Any damage to the ecosystem or
deviation from safety guidelines resulting in injury will lead to immediate
tour termination and return to the starting location. Wicked Wonders Tours
commits to adhering to all safety requirements, and our guides aim to provide
the best guidance to keep guests safe.
Liability Waiver
Guests who do not follow the guide's safety instructions and become injured as
a result waive any rights to litigation against Wicked Wonders Tours, its
employees, or contractors.
Health and Allergies
It is the responsibility of the guest to inform the guide of any allergies and
to bring any necessary medication. Wicked Wonders Tours will not be held
responsible for adverse reactions or health issues that arise due to the
guest's failure to disclose such information.
General Provisions Modifications to Terms:
Wicked Wonders Tours reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at
any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our
website.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana. Dispute Resolution: Any
disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration
in Louisiana.
Acceptance of Risk: Guests acknowledge that participating in tours
entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or
emotional injury. Guests expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all
the risks existing in these activities.
By booking a tour with Wicked Wonders Tours, guests acknowledge they have read,
understand, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
