for Wicked Wonders Tours

At Wicked Wonders Tours, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional
travel experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have
developed the following Cancellation and Refund Policy to address these
situations. This policy applies to all tours offered by Wicked Wonders Tours.
Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation Notice: Customers must cancel their tours no later than 48
hours prior to the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations can be made online,
by email, or by phone.
Refund Eligibility: Customers who cancel their tours within the
specified notice period will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made
after this deadline will not be entitled to any refund, except under
extenuating circumstances.
Extenuating Circumstances: Cancellations due to extenuating
circumstances, such as a pandemic, global catastrophe, or natural disaster,
will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be eligible for a full
refund if their cancellation request is approved under these conditions.
Cancellation by Wicked Wonders Tours
Company Cancellations: Wicked Wonders Tours reserves the right to cancel
any tour due to extreme weather conditions, sudden staffing shortages,
sickness, natural disasters, or force majeure events with little to no advance
notice.
Refunds for Company Cancellations: In the event that Wicked Wonders
Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
and returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
General Terms
Modification of Bookings: If you wish to modify your booking, please
contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate your request based on
availability, but we cannot guarantee all changes can be made.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel
insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may cause you to
cancel or modify your plans.
